Aircraft Management Services

Aircraft Management ServicesOur management services are designed to provide the private owner with piece of mind and the freedom to focus on business activities while we take care of the day to day care of the airplane.

TURN KEY Experience

The goal of this service is to provide you, the airplane owner, with a total "turn-key" experience. In short, provide all the joy of owning and flying the airplane while removing the hassle factor.

  • Monitor and Record Keeping: We monitor the aircraft's use, tracking aircraft and engine times, cycles and/or landings, fuel and oil consumptions along with other time or cycle items.
  • Servicing and Flight Preparation: In addition to tracking the state of the aircraft and components, we track the status of the various subscriptions associated with any advanced equipment in your airplane such as GPS navigation data bases, terrain and obstacle databases used, weather datalink subscriptions, electronic navigation charts and services along with those paper charts, POH and other aircraft and systems reference manuals. Our service includes updating all of these systems as revisions come to ensure that each database and reference manual in the airplane is current and contains up to date information.
  • Manage Maintenance Activities: We catalogue and monitor your aircraft's time and cycles items including annual inspections, warranty items for aircraft and components, IFR equipment currency and recertification, battery life, tires, engines magnetos, generators, alternators, vacuum pumps, hose life and so forth. We track manufacturer alerts and service bulletins for the airplane, power plant, accessories, as well as avionics to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations, airworthiness and assure owner/operator peace of mind. We track and catalogue maintenance issues that arise between scheduled maintenance intervals and work with the owner to ensure all items are addressed in the manner each owner prefers. We schedule and oversee maintenance activities on behalf of the owner to ensure the owner receives full value and actively participate with the maintenance facility on any warranty or parts availability issues.
  • Reporting: We provide the owner with detailed reporting each month including flight reports, monthly activity summaries and other, customizable reports to support accounting and business needs.
Because each aircraft and each owner's need may be different, individual agreements are developed with each owner to set the level of service desired and costs, therefore vary. Call or email me for a no obligation consultation to learn how Wright Aviation might help you.

"Rick and his team do an outstanding job taking care of my aircraft.  It is truly turn key and gives me peace of mind."
